Self Collection :

Let me know what time you're arriving & drop me a text once you've reached downstairs. I will bring the cake down to you once you are here. 

Please do arrive at the timing agreed on. 

If you're late :

You will have to come back at another timeslot/date (subjected to availability) or your order will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued once orders are confirmed. 

Arranging own courier : 

All cakes are sent out in good condition & we will not be liable for damage caused by your own courier booking. We do encourage booking a car instead of motorbike for a safer delivery.

Damage of bakes :

Kindly check your order upon collection & contact us immediately with photo proof if there is anything wrong with your order. We will not be liable for anything thereafter. 

Discoloration (when colors bleed slightly onto another color) caused by condensation is not a defect.

Each cake in handmade, colors/designs will not be 100% the same as the photos and might vary. However we will try our best to match the selected design.
