Terms & Conditions

Delivery

Delivery service only available on Saturdays (1-7PM) or dates stated upon checkout. Strictly no choosing of timeslot.

Surcharge applies for Sentosa, Jurong Island, CBD areas, shopping malls & MBS.

Any incurred fees upon delivery (carpark/entry fee etc) will be billed to you.

No changes are allowed once your order is confirmed. However if a change of detail is needed an additional fee of $5 will be incurred.

No refunds will be made upon order confirmation.

There will be an additional charge of $20 for lack of detail/incorrect address provided & a re-delivery is required. (Subjected to driver’s availability).

Drivers will contact number provided upon delivery if needed.  If no one responds product will be left outside your door. We will not be responsible for any damages & no refunds will be made.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to the address/details provided is incorrect/nowhere to leave the cake & there is no way to contact the customer/ uncontactable, your order will be cancelled & no refunds will be made.

Self Collection :

11am-1pm / 7pm-830pm

Let me know a rough timing you'll be collecting the cake, drop me a message once you're downstairs & your cake will be placed in a cooler box outside on the shoerack tagged with your Order Number & a picture will be sent to you. 

 

Please do not wait outside my unit directly.

 

We will not be responsible if it is not collected after it's placed in the cooler box.


If you're late :

You can choose to leave your cake in the cooler box located outside until you reach or reschedule for another timeslot/date (+$5 & subjected to availability).

Damage of bakes :

Kindly check your order upon receiving & contact us immediately with photo proof if there is anything wrong with your order. We will not be liable for anything thereafter.

Discoloration (when colors bleed slightly onto another color) caused by condensation is not a defect.

Each cake in handmade, colors/designs will not be 100% the same as the photos and might vary. However we will try our best to match the selected design.
