1. How do i place an order for custom cakes?

Bento Cakes - There will be limited custom slots for bento cakes available monthly. Else other available bento cakes are displayed on the website, no customization is allowed. Orders are only confirmed once payment is made.

Single Tier cakes - You can select from the designs available on the site. Else you can WhatsApp us the template given on our website & we will get back to you in 3-5 working days (Tues-Sat).

2. Can i place an order a few months ahead of time?

No, we are only taking in orders on a monthly basis and do not accept advanced orders. The following month available slots will be released on either the 18th-20th. Do keep a lookout on our Instagram page for more updated details.

3. Am i able to change the details on the cakes?

Cakes available are of fixed designs, no changes are allowed. However if a change of detail is needed (subjected to approval) an additional fee of $5 will be incurred for a one time change.

4. Will the cakes be exact to what I've requested/selected?

Each cake in handmade, colors/designs will not be 100% the same as the photos and might vary. However we will try our best to match the selected design.

5. Are the bakes halal?

We are not a halal-certified but it does not contain pork/lard and gelatin. If it contains any of the above it will be specially mentioned.

6. Delivery

There are currently no delivery services only via self collection/arrange own courier from 642238. You may WhatsApp to double check as certain dates might be available.

7. Cancellations/Changes

Strictly no changes are allowed once your order is confirmed to avoid confusion. Kindly make sure all information provided is correct before submitting your order. However if a change of detail is needed (subjected to approval) an additional fee of $5 will be incurred for a one time change.

No refunds will be made for order cancellations once payment is confirmed.

8. Payment

We accept credit card payments (visa & master) for orders placed via the website.

For orders placed through WhatsApp, (PayLah!/PayNow/Googlepay) is accepted.

9. Cake Care

Once cake is received, store in fridge immediately.

Take cake out to thaw for 20-30 minutes before consuming else it will be hard and crumbly.

Cakes are best consumed on the day of delivery but can be kept up to 4 days in the fridge, leftovers to be kept in airtight container to prevent it from drying out.
